General Membership Questions

When is my membership active and when does it expire?

Memberships are active at the time of purchase and expire one month from the date of purchase. You can find the expiration date located in your online account by signing into your member dashboard.

Is my membership transferable?

Named memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the named individuals. If you want to bring an individual not named on your membership, they will need to purchase a non-member ticket.

How do I make changes (address change, name changes, adding on people, etc.) on my membership?

Please contact the membership office via email at pluckypalomino@gmail.com to request changes. We'll respond as soon as possible.

I’m not receiving emails from the zoo, what do I do?

If you have previously unsubscribed or opted out from receiving emails at the time of your purchase, please email the membership office at pluckypalomino@gmail.com.

Buying a Membership

What are my membership options?

We have two membership options geared towards different sized families – Funny Farm & Fancy Farm,  Please note, that every membership MUST include at least one named adult.

 

*Memberships are intended for individual and family use and may not be used by schools, daycares, preschools or any other organizations.

Using your Membership

How do I use my membership to visit the petting zoo, or attend an activity or event?

Due to occupancy limits, our petting zoo and event admission is by reservation only. As one of our zoo members, you'll have access to exclusive discounts, and invites to members only events. Members and non-members use the same Petting Zoo & Events calendar to register for activities.  CLICK HERE to view our calendar.

Our Petting Zoo & Events calendar is open to both members and non-members.

We release our monthly schedule and tickets for sale on the first of each month, March through October. Select your event from the calendar below and click the "Buy Tickets" button to start your booking. Follow the prompts to select your tickets, enter your details and make a payment - the same as non-members. When you get to your check out cart, you will be given an option to pay using your subscription, or apply a members-only discount code. Choose these options an reap the benefits of your membership!

Is the calendar schedule the same every month?

Our schedule and activity options vary month to month. Ticket prices are subject to change or vary. We generally have more weekday options available during the summer break months (June-September). We'd love to hear from you about what timings work best for you and which activities you would like to see more of!

What if the time and date, or event, I want is full?

By subscribing to our monthly Moos-Letter, members get an exclusive sneak preview into the next month's calendar. Set yourself a reminder to sign up at the beginning of the month for the best chance of getting the exact time and date you desire.

Renewing a Membership

How do I renew my membership?

You will receive an email notice to remind you to renew 30 days prior to the expiration of your membership plan. You can renew and/or make changes to your membership on your member dashboard.

If I renew after my membership has already expired, what will my new expiration date be?

Memberships are active at the time of purchase and they expire the last day of the month one year from the date of purchase.

Gift Membership

How do I buy a gift membership?

At this time we do not offer a gift membership option. If you'd like to gift a membership to a friend or family member, you can purchase a gift card in the amount of a membership. The gift recipient then can purchase their membership online and it will become active at the time of that purchase.
