Service Description

Ages: 3–6 Schedule: Two days a week, in 3-week sessions, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Details: The Little Sprouts program introduces young children to the wonders of farm and forest life through playful, hands-on exploration. Activities are tailored to engage their natural curiosity while building early developmental skills. Participants will: - Explore nature trails, practice observation skills, and discover local plants and animals. - Help with age-appropriate farm tasks like feeding chickens, collecting eggs, and watering garden beds. - Participate in sensory play activities, such as digging in soil, planting seeds, and harvesting fruits and vegetables. - Engage in storytelling and song circles that weave nature-based themes into learning. - Create art and craft projects inspired by the changing seasons, using natural materials like leaves, twigs, and flowers. This program encourages curiosity, creativity, and a connection to the natural world in a nurturing, small-group setting.

Cancellation Policy

Farm and Forest School Enrollment Policy Payment and Enrollment: Payment for each session is due in full at the time of enrollment. By enrolling in our program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Tuition Policy: - All tuition payments are non-refundable once paid - Tuition may be transferred to another available session with proper notice - Transfer requests are subject to space availability in the desired session - No refunds or credits will be issued for individual missed classes within a session Cancellation Policy: Program-Initiated Cancellations Full refunds or program credits will be issued in the following circumstances: - Minimum enrollment requirements are not met for the session - Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances within our control - Any other program-initiated cancellation In these cases, enrolled families will have the option to: 1. Receive a full refund of paid tuition 2. Apply the paid tuition as credit toward a future session Family-Initiated Cancellations: - No refunds will be issued for family-initiated cancellations - Families may request to transfer their enrollment to another available session - Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to program administration Additional Terms: - All transfer requests are subject to availability - The program reserves the right to modify these policies with appropriate notice - Exceptions to these policies may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of program administration
