Summer Farm & Forest Immersion for Ages 3-11
Service Description
Ages: 3-11 Schedule: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Details: Our "Drop-In" option for our 4-day summer camps. If you want to pick an choose which days to enroll, this option is for you! Farm Camps offer an immersive and exciting experience that combines farming, food, and fun. Each camp week focuses on interactive, age-appropriate activities designed to build life skills and foster independence. Campers will: - Rotate through themed farm stations each day, such as animal care, garden work, cooking, and crafting. - Cook and share meals as a group, using farm-fresh ingredients they help harvest. - Learn about ecological cycles, such as composting, water conservation, and farm-to-table food systems. - Participate in team-building challenges like designing scarecrows, building bee hotels, or creating a rainwater collection system. - Explore the farm through scavenger hunts, nature journaling, and wildlife observation. This program is designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for sustainable living and community connections.

Cancellation Policy
Farm and Forest School Enrollment Policy Payment and Enrollment: Payment for each session is due in full at the time of enrollment. By enrolling in our program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Tuition Policy: - All tuition payments are non-refundable once paid - Tuition may be transferred to another available session with proper notice - Transfer requests are subject to space availability in the desired session - No refunds or credits will be issued for individual missed classes within a session Cancellation Policy: Program-Initiated Cancellations Full refunds or program credits will be issued in the following circumstances: - Minimum enrollment requirements are not met for the session - Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances within our control - Any other program-initiated cancellation In these cases, enrolled families will have the option to: 1. Receive a full refund of paid tuition 2. Apply the paid tuition as credit toward a future session Family-Initiated Cancellations: - No refunds will be issued for family-initiated cancellations - Families may request to transfer their enrollment to another available session - Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to program administration Additional Terms: - All transfer requests are subject to availability - The program reserves the right to modify these policies with appropriate notice - Exceptions to these policies may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of program administration
